If you want to delete your Jedlix account permanently:
Before you delete the Jedlix app from your device, please delete your account via the settings first from the Jedlix app:
- Open the Jedlix app
- Go to "settings"
- Click "Account"
- and Click "Delete Account"

If you are struggling with the steps above, please contact us at Support@jedlix.com with a data removal request. Your personal data will be deleted according to GDPR guidelines.
How to disconnect your car from the Jedlix app:
If you delete your Jedlix account, your car is disconnected automatically.
If you want to keep your Jedlix account, but want to disconnect your car, please follow these steps:
- Open the Jedlix app
- Go to your Settings screen
- Go to "Vehicle"
- Click "Disconnect"
- Click "Save"
